these Terms and Conditions ( “Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before
using the nutribev.com website (the “Service”), operated by Universal NutriBeverage
Sdn Bhd ( “us”, “we” or “our”).
Your access
to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance
with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who
access or use the Service.
By
accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you
disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Payment
Terms
Once you
have selected a product or products that you wish to order from the website,
you will then be shown the charges you must pay including taxes, if applicable,
and any applicable delivery charges.
Customer will
pay for the order in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via
payment gateway (Kiplepay). We shall not be liable for any credit card fraud.
Please note that we do not receive cash on delivery.
Full payment
in respect of an order must be made upon placing of the order. If your payment
cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an
item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your
item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item
must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt
or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will
inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will
immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Shipping
You will responsible for paying for
your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you have receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will
be deducted from your refund.

LIABILITY
Subject to
applicable law, including with respect to liability for personal injury or
non-waivable statutory rights under Malaysia law, in no event shall the Company or its
officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agent be liable to the user with
respect to use of the sites, the content or the materials contained in or
accessed through the sites.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall
not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by or resulting from
acts of God, flood, accident, riot, fire, war, strikes and other causes beyond
our control.
